This XML response crashes tab every time

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to this URI or load the attached XML file:

https://query.yahooapis.com/v1/public/yql?q=select%20*%20from%20html%20where%20url%3D%22http%3A%2F%2Fwww.target.com%2Fsr%3FsearchTerm%3Dlego%26resultsPerPage%3D1%22&diagnostics=true&debug=true

What is the expected behavior?
It should show the XML document.

What went wrong?
The tab crashes ("Aw, Snap!").

Note: the response has changed and no longer crashes the tab, so please load the attached XML file into the tab instead.

This file causes stack overflow to render deeply nested tree (~500), I'm so sorry to say there is little we can do here.

The file renders fine in Firefox -- I wonder how they managed to deal with it. The XML has many levels, but not *that* many.
