Get Help app language didn't show properly (Korean)

Project Member Reported by yitingc@chromium.org, Jul 26 2016

Issue description

Version 52.0.2743.85 beta (64-bit)
Platform 8350.60.0 (Official Build) beta-channel link
Firmware Google_Link.2695.1.169

Please specify Cr-* of the system to which this bug/feature applies (add
the label below).

Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Go to language setting. Change system display language to Korean.
(2) Sign out from system tray (Sign out next to the profile avatar).
(3) Sign back in. Open the Get Help app.

Expected Result:
Get Help UI switches to use the system language.

Actual Result:
Only the home button is in Korean, and the right side overview content. The reast of the menu items are in English still.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
Always. Note that it doesn't happen if I sign out suing the sign out button offered when I change system language.

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
See above for 'work around'

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.

Status: Fixed (was: Started)
Korean support added along with expanding i18n list of locales to 53 ChromeOS currently supports

landed in M59 with 9409.0.0/59.0.3054.0

should hit Canary build within days, Dev whenever that becomes available.

Comment 10 by morsed@google.com, Mar 28 2017

Note that these are languages supported by the Get Help app (and Helpapp) when offline. Online, the app(s) rely on online Help Center content (support.google.com/chrome/).
Status: Verified (was: Fixed)
Chrome OS 9433.0.0 59.0.3055.0

Update: this change is being rolled back as per ChromeOS image size concerns. The extra language support increased the Get Help app and HelpApp by 16+MB. See http://crbug.com/708334
