Amiri Font Underline Issues

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.82 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://www.falestinona.com/OurPalWebSite/ArticleDetails.aspx?ArticleId=69928

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open any web Page with Amiri font on any Blink Engine Browser
2.

What is the expected behavior?
The Fonts Underline should be under the words with distance space

What went wrong?
the Amiri font is making underline very close to the words 

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Amiri open source font is developed by Khaled Hosny and this font is one of the Google Web Fonts

In short, CSS has a new property called "text-underline-position". Scripts that want lower positions should use:
  text-underline-position: under;

https://drafts.csswg.org/css-text-decor-3/#underline-under

Some browsers do this automatically, but using this CSS helps your page to render interoperably and more reliably.
