Steps to reproduce the problem:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have Chrome window open in 1/2 of 1920 x 1080 monitor so window is approximately 960 x 1080
(2) Go to website that takes credit card number
(3) Start to Type in a credit card number
(4) See autofill options
(5) Choose autofill settings

What is the expected behavior?
You see the autofill settings

What went wrong?
Autofill settings are blank until you maximise or expand window, they even stay once you reduce window back to half size, but initially blank

Chrome version: 54.0.2805.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I tried filling this out using the bug appear dialogue in the autofill settings window and the submit button didn't work.
