CRD toolbar remains on top in Android N's split screen Mode

Issue description

Version: any version of CRD
OS: Android N

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Use Android CRD app to connect to any host
(2)Activate N's split screen Mode
(3)Note that CRD toolbar remains on top as long as split screen mode is active

Resolving this issue as this is by design.  The System UI is always present when in Multi-window/split screen mode on Nougat so our taskbar should also remain visible.  There isn't a concept of fullscreen when in this mode so the UI should not be dismissable.
