[CacheStorage] Back end should terminate renderer on bad requests |

Issue descriptionSee issue 425505 The front end (blink) validates input from script and throws if e.g. invalid arguments are passed to put(). But the back end should validate inputs and terminate the renderer on bad request (it's hit a bug, gone rogue, etc).
