Provide option to send feedback report from "Monitor not supported" notification |

Issue descriptionSpun off from Issue 271481 : When an external monitor fails to connect correctly and gives the "Monitor not supported" notification, we should include the option to send a feedback report with whatever info we have handy. With any luck, we might be able to use this to troubleshoot the problems with some monitors. |
