DynamicsCompress.channelCountMode incorrect

https://webaudio.github.io/web-audio-api/#the-dynamicscompressornode-interface says the channelCountMode should be "explicit".  We currently return "max".

Fix this.

The spec issue has been resolved. We're keeping "max" because that's what Chrome, FF, and Safari do.
