Use redex to optimize our .dex file

Issue description

We could get some wins if we shrink our .dex file by running ReDex over it.

Making agrieve owner to clear my bugs before I leave

agrieve@, what's the status of this? I just ran redex on MonochromePublic.apk and it shaves off almost 250k. It's not clear to me from the doc in c#1 that there's anything blocking us from using it, especially if it improves memory usage as well.

With d8 a thing now, I doubt this is worth-while to pursue.
