The "?!" Link on Sheriff-O-Matic Goes to an Invalid Template |

Issue descriptionIf you click on the "?!" bug link on sheriff-o-matic, it open a new bug with a few fields filled in. The components field is set to "Infra>SheriffOMatic", which does not exist. Trying to submit this new bug reports an error. That component has (I think) been replaced with the component Infra>Sheriffing>SheriffOMatic.
