Sometimes multiple unrelated failures happen at the same time.  For example, I'm look at this failure:

Right now, my only options for communicating information with other sheriffs is snooze, link bug, or direct chat.  Direct chat is inefficient and private (other people who look at SOM will not see the information).

In this example, I'd like to express some set of the following information:
* virtual/threaded/fast/scroll-behavior/smooth-scroll/main-thread-scrolling-reason-correctness.html should be linked to  bug 631039 
* fast/mediacapturefromelement/HTMLMediaElementCapture-capture.html
svg/parser/whitespace-length-invalid-1.html should be linked to  bug 630967 
* fast/mediacapturefromelement/HTMLMediaElementCapture-capture.html does not have a bug link

There are tons of ways to communicate this.  I won't bother describing them here; I'm sure you can think of them.  I'd be happy if I could simply put multiple bug numbers in the "link bug" box.  (In that case, I'd create a temporary bug for the third issue and put all three in the box.)  Of course, a more general-purpose any-text-allowed box would be even better.
