Chrome 52 does not work with Karma in UI-less service

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Configure JS test in Karma 2. Run it in UI less service Chrome 53.0.2785.21 is also affected What is the expected behavior? Karma runs and successfully connects to the opened Chrome instance. What went wrong? Karma cannot connect to the opened Chrome instance and times out. Did this work before? Yes Chrome <= 51 Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 This looks like the regression of this issue: https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=422218
