Verified the issue on Latest Stable# 52.0.2743.82 and Latest Canary# 54.0.2808.0 on Windows, Mac and Linux. Please find the below observations -- (i) Working as intended till M35 Build# 35.0.1892.0. (ii) From M35 build# 35.0.1893.0 Scrollbar is displayed when Full screen option is clicked (As in the screenshot on Left Side). (iii) From M37 builds Video is not displayed, only the Web Content is shown in Full screen (As in the screenshot on Right Side). Tried to run a bisect but older Chromium versions were not supporting the Video, so providing the CL manually. https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/35.0.1892.0..35.0.1893.0?pretty=fuller&n=10000 Thank You.

i think that this is a blink full screen issue, not media. on my ToT (322f425f3406a70a1513d53c35bf55bd5c3b2165) on linux, the video is playing but only partially visible. screenshot attached - notice the top part of a video frame below the black box. +philip, who knows more about full screen than i do.

Coming late to the party, but I agree this sounds a lot like issue 631245 . Adding Fullscreen label just in case it's reopened. |
