What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and Go to chrome://history -> Make sure you have some history
(2))Now Right Click on any History Link and select 'Inspect' option to open Dev Tools window
(3)Now Go to Computed Section in Elements tab (Please refer Video) -> At Color option click to change color Format and observe Text
Expected: Overlapping of Text should not be seen on clicking Change color Format option in Computed Section
Actual: Instead Overlapping of Text is seen
This is Non-Regression Issue seen from 50.0.2638.0 as
