Issue descriptionWhat steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open About Google Chrome (2) Wait for update icon (3) Receive long-winded error message What is the expected result? Update to the latest version of Canary Chrome What happens instead? Error message Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. Has been happening on my El Capitan Mac for two weeks now, using Chrome Canary and Chrome Beta. Version: 54.0.2805.0

@tbuckley: The displaying of the error from the MD Setting spage has been fixed. Regarding the error itself, there is already a very long bug about this. |
