Boarder line is seen chopped away in Files.app add new services window

Version: 54.0.2806.0/8631.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel daisy_spring, Falco, Glimmer
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> go to Files. app>> go to add new services window>> install new from Webstore>> and observe

Expected: Boarder line should be seen under the Available services
Actual: Instead boarder line is seen chopped away (refer screenshot)

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in 52.0.2743.75/8350.56.0 beta-channel Falco

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Adding blocker label as this is broken in M54 only

It's a Chrome web store issue. Files a bug in CWS b/30347543.

Able to reproduce the issue on peppy using chrome version 54.0.2806.0/8631.0.0
