Issue description
Chrome Version : 51.0.2704.79
OS Version: Built on Ubuntu 14.04, running on elementary OS 0.3.2 (64-bit)

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 5:
Firefox 4.x: OK
IE 7/8/9:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open http://book.mixu.net/css/
2.Inspect second <p> tag at the top with text: "I won't lie to you, Neo..." - a strange margin-right occurs (you can exactly see what's happening on a last screenshot below);
3.
What is the expected result?
Since <p> tag have only margin-bottom property, only this should be highlighted in the browser

What happens instead of that?
A confusing visual representation of margin-right property of the <p> which have margin-right equal to 0 (zero)

Sounds like something in InspectorHighlight vs getBoxModel vs margins widget.
