Regression : chrome://tracing page appears blank

Version: 54.0.2805.0 1243666b4f5c7c48312233e1f6e6fda46191b184-refs/heads/master@{#407311} (32/64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://tracing,observe

Actual : chrome://tracing page appears blank
Expected : chrome://tracing page should not appear blank

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-54' and will soon update other info

This is a regression issue broken in 'M-54' and below is the manual regression and Narrow bisect info:
Good build : 54.0.2803.0
Bad build : 54.0.2805.0

For Chrome OS this corresponds to:
8622.0.0 / 54.0.2800.2 <- good
8623.0.0 / 54.0.2804.0 <- ??

Looks like the same as  Issue 631535  and  Issue 631922 ? Does anyone know which Chrome version includes the fix?

Not fixed in Chrome OS 8639.0.0/54.0.2806.0.

https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/4c550bae140d9e588a7b1feef4005de60c9fc4b8 clearly includes the fix: 54.0.2809.0

I believe 54.0.2808.0 is also broken.
