Regression : Unable to scroll in Sources tab of Dev tools.

Issue description

Version: 54.0.2806.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch Chrome and press F12 to open Dev tools window.
(2)Go to Source tab and try expanding any options like Event Listener Breakpoint / Event Listener and observe.

Expected: Scroll bar should be seen after expanding the options.
Actual: Instead Scroll bar is missing

This is Regression Issue broken in M-54.

Will provide Bisect info soon

 
Status: Untriaged (was: Unconfirmed)
Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 using chrome version 54.0.2805.0.able to see the scroll bar on mac OS.

Susan@ Please update the bisect information.
