Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. set a breakpoint in code
2. refresh
3. on the right side if there are many vars in scope scrolling is not possible

What is the expected behavior?
scrolling should be possible if the scope vars or any other data overlaps height of right column

What went wrong?
I was not able to see the variables since the scrollbar is not available on the right column in devtools when I hit breakpoint
