Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open chromium with touch events enabled (problem didn't appear with chrome so far) 2. Scroll a page using the touchscreen 3. Continue scrolling with the touchpad (using a mouse seems to work, but I haven't tested it for that long) What is the expected behavior? The site should continue to scroll normally What went wrong? When starting to scroll with the touchpad again, the scrolling position jumps up a couple lines, then scrolling works fine again. Did this work before? No Chrome version: 52.0.2743.82 Channel: stable OS Version: 4.6.4-1 Flash Version:
