New Chrome Release 52.0.2743.82 Doesn't reopen pages where left on Linux

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Ubuntu; Linux x86_64; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Settings => On Startup 2. Select "Continue where you left off" 3. What is the expected behavior? When exiting Chrome with tabs opened, all tabs should reopen when opening Chrome again. What went wrong? All previously opened tabs are closed & Chrome always act as not tabs where left open when closed previously Did this work before? Yes On the preious version Chrome version: Version 52.0.2743.82 unknown (64-bit) Channel: stable OS Version: 16.04 LTS Flash Version: I opened a thread & tried some suggested solutions by others but nothing worked. ***Update*** After many tries to purge Google Chrome & reinstalling it, the problem didn't resolved. But, the following solves it: I resolved the problem by removing any single folder in Ubuntu OS related to Google or Chrome after uninstalling Chrome, it seems those were settings & other files which left after the purge & uninstall process. Then installed Chrome fresh .. now it's ok. Thanks for the help & hope this share helps
