Issue descriptionChrome Version (from the about:version page): Version 51.0.2704.79 Ubuntu 14.04 (64-bit) Is this the most recent version: YES OS + version: Linux Ubuntu 14.04 CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64-bit Window manager: Unity URLs (if relevant): www.warlight.net Behavior in Linux Firefox: Works perfectly Behavior in Windows Chrome (if you have access to it): Fails What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Opening a game (shockwave window) in Chromium, letters are squared, unreadable (2) does not crash, but is slower than previously (3) happened just after last update (few days abo) What is the expected result? Should be working out of a box as have been past few years. Look pictures to see difference in Chrome and Firefox. What happens instead? IS slow, squared writing. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot and backtrace if possible. Previously I used for Encoding - Western. Now I was suggested to change it Auto-detect did not help, neither Unicode. As far as I have researched it is a conflict of Fonts. Two screenshots to show it look and should look. This happened with latest Ubuntu update.

Thank you for the fast reply. Yes, it seems no issue on latest Chrome as you suggested. What I have used thus far is Chromium, officially supported by Ubuntu (as it is free source) - the version is older but worked till now perfectly. I face same issue with Opera now. It seems it is a problem of my PC and probably a font conflict. I will either move to Chrome version or try to get help from Ubuntu forums. Thank for your kind help!
