Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set Language to german, keyboard to German (qwertz)
2. Try to snap by alt+[ or alt+] won't work as suggest in help guide.
3. Try to snap with alt+ß (key right of "0"), it will toogle between 'normal','snap left', 'snap small left'.

What is the expected behavior?
1.There should be somewhere (in the shortcut-view in settings for example) shown that alt+ß snaps to left side.
2.There should be a key-combination for snapping to the right side on german layout, too.

What went wrong?
It won't snap to right.
Maybe it's because the german layout uses altgr (right alt key) together with 8 for displaying [ and with 9 for displaying ], so the default shortcut alt+[ and alt+] can't work.
It also won't work with sticky keys enable, i think the altgr+key "disables" the sticky alt key pressed before.
