Could you please make sure that your network connection is stable and it's properly connected to network or not.
If you have problems in syncing your info on Chrome if you get a sync error or if you've made changes to your synced data but don't see it on other devices. First, try to see what caused the problem
1.On your computer, open Chrome.
2.If Chrome found a sync error, the top corner of the screen will show an orange Chrome Menu Menu with update pending.
3.Click the Menu.
4.Click the error.
5.Follow the instructions to fix the problem.

on the other version of Chrome (Version 52.0..2743.82 m) and Chromium (Version
44.0.2403.157) there's no problem signing in to and Sync Function works
well.
but on the Version 54.0.2806.0 (64-bit) Chormium. sign in to my account
never works. just NO RESPONSE at all...
my network connection is in very stable and the Version 54.0.2806.0
(64-bit) Chromium
doesn't show any 'orange' menu or any error message.
If you're using chromium rather than chrome, it's likely you don't have API keys set up.
