Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.21 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. have http://racecenter.letour.fr/#/stageprofile running for several hours What is the expected behavior? normal cpu load for renderer process seems like about 4%, when the issue appears its over 100%. What went wrong? observing high cpu load for chrome renderer process Did this work before? Yes, it seems fixed in 54.0.2810.2.
Test sampling using pidstat:
pidstat -p {process} 1
53.0.2785.30
Average: 1000 19409 38,99 0,70 0,00 39,69 - chrome
54.0.2810.2
Average: 1000 22390 6,53 0,92 0,00 7,45 - chrome
I see regular spikes over 100% in user level code for chrome-53, and this is not happening in chrome-54 (see attached pidstat log files for details).
