Devtools dark theme: Wrong color on memory timeline labals

Issue descriptionChrome Version : 54.0.2804.0 canary OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. In devtools, press Cmd+Shift+P, type "theme", and select "Switch to dark theme". 2. Open Timeline tab, and check the "Memory" checkbox. 3. Hit record. Result: In the memory chart, the labels don't match the graph lines. The graph lines seem to have the same color as in the default (light) theme, but the labels seem to be color-inverted. See the attached screenshots.
