Screensaver kicks in on Windows when Connected from Android client

Version:Any version (reproduced in M52-M54)
OS: Android->Windows 7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Set screensaver to kick in after 1 minute on Windows Host
(2)Connect from Android client to Windows Host
(3)3-4 minutes later, the screensaver kicks in

I've only checked this on Desktop clients, which is why I haven't caught this previously. This likely goes back a long time and is not a regression.

I have updated  http://crbug.com/626839 . Screen-saver is expected, but monitor power-off or machine suspending is not.
