What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Enable offline-bookmarks and offline-pages-sharing flag.
(2)Go to a page (en.m.wikipedia.org), add to bookmark.
(3)Go offline.
(4)In a new tab, open the page from bookmark.
(5)Ensure we're on offline page. From "three dot" menu, choose "Share...", then choose Drive.
(6)After the file uploaded to Drive, go to Drive and tap on the file.

What is the expected output?
Tab bar displays the offline icon and an associated online url (same scheme as navigating to offline page).

What do you see instead?
Tab bar shows the content uri.
