What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Enable offline-bookmarks and offline-pages-sharing flag.
(2)Go to a page (en.m.wikipedia.org), add to bookmark.
(3)Go offline.
(4)In a new tab, open the page from bookmark.
(5)Ensure we're on offline page. From "three dot" menu, choose "Share...", then choose Android Beam.
(6)Bring two devices together to complete the sharing process.

What is the expected output?
An mhtml file corresponding to the page successfully sent to another device.

What do you see instead?
Beam process loading on both devices. "Beam did not complete" message shows several seconds later.
