Repro steps:

1) Go to http://jsbin.com/cowiye/3/quiet on Nexus 5/5x/6/6p/etc.
2) Click "Go" button
3) Wait until all 6 frames loaded
4) Start tracing

At this point, the trace storms from  issue 630750  should have subsided, but it still looks like it takes 60-70 ms to raster.
