Buried Extensions Page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open new settings page

What is the expected result?
Find a nav link to manage extensions

What happens instead?
Have to type about://extensions in URL

We are planning to add links to Extensions/History. For now, you can go directly to chrome://extensions or go through the Chrome menu: "More tools > Extensions"
