Sprite background edges bleed under zoom

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open the attach test
(2) zoom in/out
(3) observe edge bleed

What is the expected output?
No edge bleed.

What do you see instead?
Misc red bleed.

I'm a bit surprised to see bleeding in the non-scaling case. Let's add this to the pile of background image bugs on my plate.
