Issue descriptionVersion: 54.0.2804.0 (built from head) OS: Linux What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Open the MR dialog What is the expected output? No extra grey area at top of dialog What do you see instead? There is extra grey area at top of dialog. Unlike the rest of the dialog, it is not right-clickable. takumif@ noted the same issue is encountered for the print dialog, so this is probably a regression in the dialog implementation shared by both print and MR.

Tried to repro on head on osx - no repro. I thought it may be a views issue, but also cannot repro on a Windows laptop for today's Canary. It could have been introduced between the 2804 cut and now. Did you just start seeing it today? Also, I don't have a working linux workstation right now, or I'd try to repro on Linux as well.

I could repro this earlier today on Linux, but I just tried again with the current head (54.0.2805.0, 64bit) and can no longer repro. It seems like it's been fixed?
