password auto generate should not show up in the site where I have said "never save"

On an Android device.

Try to load etrade.com in Chrome. It asked you for app or etrade.com. Pick the latter. Then type in user name.

When focus is in the password field, Chrome always offer the auto generated password. See attachment.

In this case, I have said "never save" when I typed password earlier. So we should not show this any more.
