Apparently a problem still exists.

Because the original change was submitted a day ago, the revert is supposed to go through the CQ.  As I don't think getting this revert is urgent, I'm comfortable with this sanity check delay.

 Bug 630686  is the general report for that test being a flaky failure (mostly failing).
