What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Go to settings
(2) No way to get to extensions

With the old settings menu there was an easy way to get to the extensions menu in order to manage extensions. Now there is no way to do so except for right clicking on an installed extension and pressing "Manage extensions" or by actually typing in chrome:extensions (chrome://extensions)
