Notifications misaligned on vertical shelf position

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 8616.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2800.2 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8616.0.0 (Official Build) canary-channel veyron_minnie

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Set shelf to left or right
2. Open the notification center

What is the expected behavior?
Notification toast are aligned properly with the shelf

What went wrong?
They overlap the shelf and status tray area

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 54.0.2800.2  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 8616.0.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Trying to report this again because I don't want the new shelf to inherit this longstanding bug.
