I am unable to login to Standard Chartered Online Banking Page(India)

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.106 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Log in to www.sc.com/in
2. Click on Online Banking and click on continue on the next page
3. Standard Chartered Online Banking is temporarily unavailable is the error displayed on Screen
Please note I am able to login to Standard Chartered Online Banking (India) in all other browsers.

What is the expected behavior?
It will allow me to navigate to the login page to input Username and Password.

What went wrong?
Standard Chartered Online Banking is temporarily unavailable is the error displayed on Screen

Did this work before? Yes I generally login to my banking application using Chrome. Recently till last week it was working fine

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.106  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Unable to reproduce the issue on win8.1 chrome version 52.0.2743.82 and canary 54.0.2810.2 - Login page displayed fine

Please find the screenshot

Could you please upgrade to latest stable version and see if the issue still exists.
Components: UI>Browser>WebUI
You will be able to replicate the Issues in Windows 7 OS. Don't ask me to upgrade my OS as I have raised this Issue in my office location. Need your quick action in resolving the same.

Unable to reproduce the issue on win7 chrome  version 53.0.2785.143 and canary 55.0.2876.0 - Login page displayed fine

Could you please try the same on a new profile where there are no apps/extensions and update the thread. You can create a new profile from chrome://settings
