Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open a js file in DevTools. Start a debugging session. Check it properly stops on the affected breakpoints. 2. Deactivate all breakpoints. 3. Reload page with F5. Although breakpoints are deactivated, randomly it will stop in (some of?) the breakpoints. What is the expected behavior? It shouldn't stop in any deactivated breakpoint. What went wrong? I don't know. I'm attaching a screenshot. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 I've been observing this behaviour for some time.

I can't reproduce it locally. Could you provide sample page?
