Regression : Flash is seen on Hovering Zoom In,out Tooltip of Print preview

Issue description

Version: 54.0.2804.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> go to chrome://apps page
(2)Now press ctrl +P to open print Preview
(3)Now Mouse hover on Zoom In,out Icons and observe

Expected: No Flickering should be seen on Hovering Zoom In,out Icons of Print preview
Actual: Instead Flickering of Tooltip  is seen

This is Regression Issue broken in M-54
will provide bisect info soon

Able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04 using 54.0.2804.0.
Its working fine on Mac 10.11.5.

Note : Switch theme to gtk+theme/classic to better reproduce it.

Thanks for filing this, definitely the right CL identified, something to do with the translucent widgets on Linux.

[md] Fixes tooltips regression on Linux that should not have changed

I have tried making rounded corners work on Linux but so far haven't
succeeded. I can make the non-opaque background work using
Widget::SetOpacity and ui::Layer::SetFillsBoundsOpaquely but the native
widget on Linux still paints around the rounded corners.
Widget::SetShape doesn't use antialiasing so using that to achieve
rounded corners appears crude.
There is some work to make transparency work better on Linux
