Regression: Unnecessary space is seen on fast user bubble.

Chrome Version:54.0.2804.0 (Official Build) 33af59cf0bf37f84d6e6423442fc90ffa14176cd-refs/heads/master@{#407025} 32/64 bit.
OS: Linux

Pre-condition: Add 2 user profile.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and right click on avatar icon.
2. Observe.

Actual: Unnecessary space is seen on fast user bubble.
Expected: Space should not be seen on fast user bubble.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 54’ and will soon update the bisect info.
