[PaymentRequest] Selecting an address written in Japanese causes "Add Address"

OS: Android 7.0.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Have a Japanese contact info available in autofill
(2) Launch PaymentRequest from demos like this https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/paymentrequest/free-shipping/
(3) Select one of contact info written in Japanese

What is the expected output?
The Japanese contact info selected.

What do you see instead?
"Edit address" UI pops up.

For some reason I cannot reproduce the behavior with this address. In what language are you using your phone?
