Android Chrome cannot play audio from Blob

Reported by jeremy.j...@gmail.com, Jul 22 2016

Issue description

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Host attached file locally (http)
2. Open attached file on android chrome using chrome://inspect with port forwarding

In android chrome, only the second audio element can be played.

What is the expected behavior?
Both element should be able to play. It works in Chrome desktop 51 (Windows 7)

What went wrong?
Chrome issues a "Range:bytes=0-1" request for the blob, which results in a "206 Partial Content (from cache)".

Chrome is then not able to play the audio element created from the blob.

Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5

Does this work in other browsers? N/A

Chrome version: 51.0.2704.81 Channel: stable
