Android Chrome cannot play audio from Blob

Issue descriptionExample URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Host attached file locally (http) 2. Open attached file on android chrome using chrome://inspect with port forwarding In android chrome, only the second audio element can be played. What is the expected behavior? Both element should be able to play. It works in Chrome desktop 51 (Windows 7) What went wrong? Chrome issues a "Range:bytes=0-1" request for the blob, which results in a "206 Partial Content (from cache)". Chrome is then not able to play the audio element created from the blob. Did this work before? N/A Is it a problem with Flash or HTML5? HTML5 Does this work in other browsers? N/A Chrome version: 51.0.2704.81 Channel: stable OS Version: 5.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 Seems related to the issue described there: http://serverfault.com/questions/757184
