Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/51.0.2704.103 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: VERSION Chrome Version: 51.0.2704.103 + [stable, beta, or dev] Operating System: Windows 8.1 REPRODUCTION CASE Dear Google, There seems to big security concern with respect to download files from the google drive. If the user makes the pdf file (non downladable, non editable, non printable) and share the same file with other users to view it. In this case, users can download/print the pdf when they view in the browser. I have tried in two browser IE 8 and Chrome (version mentioned) - as attached What is the expected behavior? IT must not allow user to download/print files What went wrong? IT allows user to download/print.. Did this work before? Yes 1 Month back Chrome version: 51.0.2704.103 Channel: n/a OS Version: 8.1 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Hi, Request you to let me know about the progress on this issue. I have been using this feature and requesting users to use this feature of Google drive to share documents. The security of documents will be lost if this bug/hotfix is not fixed and will also impact IPs (like books etc). Thanks.

Tried the same with pdf and doc file and but issue is not reproducible from my end. Non-editable, non-shareable,non-downloadable file and restricted View settings is reflecting when opened the shared pdf and doc. eden.arcade@: Could you please re-confirm if the issue is specific to Drive and repros on IE as well?
