Chrome download's size is capped at 67.1 Mb

OS: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Download the trace file from http://www.webpagetest.org/getgzip.php?test=160721_9F_VSS&file=1_trace.json

What is the expected output?
187Mb trace file is downloaded

What do you see instead?
Chrome finishes downloading the file, but its size is only 67.1Mb. Only 1/3rd of file content is downloaded.

Can't reproduce, does it happen every time on a particular machine?

Yes, this was happening on Chrome 51.0.2704.106 on Linux Ubuntu. It's possible that the problem is fixed now. Feel free to mark Won't fix.

Mark it won't fix for now since it cannot be reproduced in Chrome 55.0.2883.87 64 bit.
