[MD-Settings]Content is not displayed properly after changing language to Hindi

Issue description

Chrome Version:54.0.2803.0 74ed884d4d42cb7152dc75fae33351e8e34220cd-refs/heads/master@{#406716} (32/64-bit)
OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome, change browser language to 'Hindi' from 'chrome://settings/languages', exit & relaunch chrome.
(2)Navigate to chrome://md-settings and click on "font size" drop down list.
(3)Observe.

Actual:Content is not displayed properly after changing language to Hindi.i.e some options are displayed in English

Expected:Content should be displayed properly after changing language to Hindi.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from M-54 series(i.e 54.0.2803.0)

Will soon update Linux and Mac OS info.

Seems that you are running a much older version of Chrome. This is fixed in latest tip of tree, Version 56.0.2906.0
