Regression:Unwanted horizontal line is seen at the top of the page on giving print command in "plus.google.com"

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 54.0.2803.0 (Official Build) 74ed884d4d42cb7152dc75fae33351e8e34220cd-refs/heads/master@{#406716} 32/64-bit. OS:Windows 8 URL :https://plus.google.com/photos/photo/113713443655237554098/6287507951935928002?icm=false Pre-condition:1.Change destination to "save as pdf" 2.Change paper size to letter. What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above url. (2)Give print command(ctrl+P). (3)Observe. Actual:Unwanted horizontal line is seen at the top of the page on giving print command. Expected:No such unwanted horizontal line should be seen at the top of the page on giving print command. This is a Regression issue broken in M-42,below is the Narrow bisect info: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/37fe74ffe0d3d8e6f4c968ebb52565206a0abd1c..11bdc33e169de972479f1e17e5165776133c04d7?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting:r322375? Manual bisect range: Good build:42.0.2285.0 Bad build:42.0.2286.0 Kindly help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for this issue. Note:Above issue is not seen on Windows 7,10 ,Linux and Mac OS as it is a Windows 8 specific issue.
