Android google chome history. Select beginning of time to clear history and does not do anything. It works if you select a small date range.

Please try simply reloading the history page (the gesture is to drag your finger downward). I managed to reproduce this, but it was only a delayed response from the Sync - the data were actually deleted, but the history page didn't react to that. This could explain why it worked for you for small time ranges but not for everything - Sync took a bit longer to process the request in the latter case. My suspicion is that the history page is only responsive to local deletions and not to the synced ones; will investigate in that direction. Let me know if that didn't work for you.
