Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open Files app.
(2) Open a folder containing 1 or more image files.
(3) Resize the filename column smaller than the width of the icons.

Expected Result:
The image icons should be hidden by the boundary of the file name column.

Actual Result:
Image icons is displayed on top of other components.
For example, the "file size" column next to it will be hidden by the icons.

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)
Always

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
May not be critical, because we will not usually shrink the column to such small size.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screen shot or
log if possible.
